It is not working for EV, and it must plugin two plugs in different generator to get power, nor it do not workable. Please note that this adapter cord will not operate when plugged into a GFCI or a GFI type outlets.
RV 50A plug get power from dual 15A regular outlet.
When you have two of regular 15A 5-15 wall outlets on generator, and you want plug your Camper 14-50P extension cord into them get power from them.
It can NOT work if you do not plugin both of plug. (Must plugin both of two plugs)
V-adapter cord will need to plug each 110/125-Volt 5-15 plug in to 2 different outlets on separate circuits that are not GFCI protected, if you plug it into 2 outlets on the same phase it will only provide 125-Volt, if you plug it into 2 outlets on 2 separate phases it will provide 250-Volt
Caution: the V-adapter cord will not operate when plugged into a GFCI/GFI circuit, it will trip the breaker, it also requires 2 separate circuits to get a total 30amp 250-Volt power.
Must use two different 20amp circuits, then you can get max 40 amps 250V output .
